Places to Eat

There are so many places to choose from and it very much depends on how far you want to go.

We have decided to focus on our favourite places which are all within a very short walking distance from Glas House; serving great quality fresh local produce with varied menus and themes.

All of them accept credit cards and (well behaved) dogs (although maybe in restricted areas only); but please also expect plenty more choice on your doorstep in the vllage itself and enjoy exploring further afield too.

It is definitely worth booking a table to avoid disappointment in peak season and telephone numbers can be found either via the St Agnes website or in the information file in the lodge itself.

Schooners -  seafront bar/ restaurant in Trevaunance Cove - open for lunch and early evening dining, as well as just for drinks or afternoon tea.

The Driftwood Spars - the local pub - serves a good sunday roast, bar meals and loads of different beers and ciders; 400 yards away on Quay Road

The Tap House - lively wine bar at the top of Quay Road, Peterville - mid week half price pizza night popular with families but also serves great "tappy" burgers, ribs and fries, as well as fresh local fish

Taste - very popular, smarter restaurant on Vicarage Road in the village - open for lunch and dinner, serving local cuisine, Seafood, British, Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan Options
